She joins the WSB team with creditable experience and has obtained a certification as a Bank Secrecy Act/Anti-Money Laundering Professional (CBAP) through the Independent Community Bankers of America.
Locke is married to her husband of 19 years, Gabe, and together they have two children: Kaleb, 17, and Kayleigh, 15.
