Locke will office out of the Lubbock branch located at 7801 Quaker Avenue but will be servicing the entire institution. Wellington State Bank has fourteen branches across Texas and has over $570 million in total assets.

Locke is married to her husband of 19 years, Gabe, and together they have two children: Kaleb, 17, and Kayleigh, 15.
