Important Changes Coming

Dear Valued Customer:

As a part of WSB’s commitment to remain on the leading edge of banking technology, we are pleased to announce the upgrading of our Online Banking Website. Our new system will allow us to continue providing what you have come to expect from WSB, the best customer service, while offering the most up-to-date products. One of the primary features of this update is enabling us to protect your confidential information by using enhanced authentication procedures.

We want you to be aware of these upcoming changes and ask you to read this letter carefully to help ensure the transition to our new system causes you as little disruption as possible. We have outlined the affected services and temporary limitations below. We encourage you to keep this letter for a reference.

Temporary Service Limitations during the Upgrade Period – WSB will have to temporarily limit the availability of Online Banking services during the upgrade period. The upgrade period will begin Friday, February 3, 2023, at which time Online Banking will be in “Read Only” mode. Access to the new Online Banking system will be available on Monday, February 6, 2023. We sincerely apologize for the limited availability of these services during the upgrade period.

Online Banking Access – If you have saved the current Online Banking site in your browser Favorites, you should delete the link from your Favorites. Retaining this Favorite will direct you to an inactive site as of Monday, February 6, 2023. When the new site becomes available on Monday, February 6, 2023, please access the new Online Banking site by accessing our web site, www.wellingtonsb.bank, and clicking on the new Online Banking link.

Passwords – We will not convert your current password from the old system to the new system. We will generate a new password, which you will use the first time you log on the new system. The passcode will be your 5-digit zip code plus last four of your social security number (ZZZZZSSSS). We will provide additional information concerning this initial password at another time. When you first logon to the new Online Banking system, you will enter your current User ID and assigned password. You will be required to change your password during your first log on.

Advanced Login Authentication – We will offer increased security for your online transactions with our new system. At first login, and any additional logins from an unrecognized device or IP address will prompt you to request an authentication code to be either sent to a phone number on record or via SMS text for you to enter and then continue to view your accounts.

Online Bill Pay – We will convert your existing bill pay information to the new system. Bill Pay will be unavailable starting Thursday, February 2, 2023, at 4:00 PM, while we convert your existing bill payment information to the new system. Our current system will make all bill payments scheduled for payment through February 2, 2023. Please move all scheduled payments between February 3rd-5th to the 2nd. Our new system will make all payments scheduled for payment on February 6, 2023, or later.

Default funding account - Please log into the bill pay site after the conversion to verify the default funding account. The default funding account is the account that new bill payments will be debited from. All previously scheduled transactions will debit from the funding account that you selected when the payment was initiated. Please do not submit a transaction previously scheduled on your old system. Online Bill Pay History – We will not convert your existing bill pay history to the new system. If you would like to access transaction history for dates prior to upgrade, you will need to download or print the information prior to Thursday, February 2, 2023, at 4:00 PM.

eBills –Vendors who send eBills control the billing process; therefore, we cannot convert eBills to our new system. Our old system will automatically stop any active eBills immediately after the upgrade. You may re-establish your eBills on the new system starting February 6, 2023.

Online Account Transfers – We will convert scheduled or reoccurring transfers to the new system.

Quicken/QuickBooks Transaction Download – If you are using one of these products for recordkeeping, you will need to download all transactions prior to the scheduled upgrade date of Noon Friday, February 3, 2023. Intuit, the author of Quicken/QuickBooks, provides information on how to connect to these programs if needed.

Phone Banking – Our phone banking phone number (855-688-0691) will remain the same. The system will be in “Read Only” mode from Friday, February 3, 2023, at 3:00 PM to Monday, February 6, 2023, at 11:30 AM. When you first call the new Phone Banking system, you will be prompted to enter an Electronic Access Number. The makeup of this Access ID number is your date of birth and last 4 of your social security number – MMDDYYYYSSSS. Your pin will be the last 4 of your social security number. You will be prompted to change your pin during your initial call.

Statements – Regular statements will be sent out as usual, but statements will also be printed and mailed as of February 3, when the upgrade takes place. Interest will be paid and credited as accrued for both statement cycles. You will still have access to old statements after the conversion. New statements will have a start date of Monday, February 6, 2023, statements in the new system.

Person-to-Person Payments (P2P) – P2P activity will be unavailable starting Thursday, February 2, 2023, at 4:00 PM till sometime around mid-March. Our new P2P platform, Zelle, states this is how long it will take to convert the accounts over to their system. Current P2P Payees will not be transferred to the new system so you will have to reset them up in Zelle when the time comes. We are sure you will enjoy Zelle via our mobile app when it is ready.
